By signing into RyanSchiestel.com and including all affiliate websites, providing your information enters you into a binding agreement called “EXCLUSIVE RIGHT TO REPRESENT BUYER” for a period of 90 days from initial sign up, whereas you grant to Ryan Schiestel the exclusive right and authority to represent Buyer for the purpose of assisting Buyer in locating real property of a nature that Buyer or such other real property as may be acceptable to Buyer, and to negotiate terms and conditions acceptable to Buyer for the acquisition od such real property, and any personal property included in the sale.
By requesting a showing of any property found by SCHIESTEL ENTERPRISES, LLC and “RyanSchiestel.com including all affiliate websites, you enter a binding EXCLUSIVE RIGHT TO REPRESENT BUYER agreement for 90 days of request.
BUYER’S OBLIGATIONS. During the term of this Agreement Buyer agrees to:
- Provide upon request: General nature, location, requirements, and preferred terms and conditions relating to the acquisition of desired property; Relevant personal and financial information sufficient to assure Buyer’s ability to obtain financing;
- Work exclusively with Broker and not with other real estate brokers, salespersons, or owners, with respect to viewing properties and to refer to Broker all inquiries in any form from any other real estate brokers, salespersons, prospective sellers, or any other source;
- Conduct in good faith all negotiations for the property described in Item 2 exclusively through Broker;
- Hold Broker harmless from any claims resulting from incomplete or inaccurate information provided by Buyer.
By signing up and providing name, email and or phone number, Buyer acknowledges that he or she has thoroughly read and approved each of the above provisions and acknowledges this Agreement. Buyer further represents that he or she has not entered into any other brokerage agreement in force granting an exclusive agency to another broker. Please do not sign up unless you fully intend to have Ryan Schiestel as your Realtor/Broker for the term defined above.
