We are grateful to Ryan for helping us with the most unusual real estate transaction we have been involved with. It started two years before when Ryan took the time to get to know us, carefully listening to what we were looking for. Ryan then called us overseas during the 2020 COVID lockdowns to tell us that a perfect house for us was available with two catches: we had to make an offer within days, and we had to do so remotely with no chance of personally viewing the property.
After a virtual walk through, we had the house under contract within a week with a creative structure that gave both us and the sellers adequate protection. This was only possible because of the huge amount of trust we had in Ryan. He also did everything possible to get us comfort on all the issues surrounding such a transaction prior to closing. There are other competent realtors, but finding one who is also creative, trustworthy, willing to put in triple the effort, and who will go half way around the world to facilitate the purchase of such a special property, is extremely rare.
Ryan and Natalie did a spectacular job of staging and selling our home in Glenbrook. Every step of the way Ryan went way above and beyond; even handling snow removal and sometimes doing it himself. We felt we had very special treatment. Ryan was way more than a real estate agent. To top it all off they treated us to a outstanding dinner our last night in Glenbrook.
