The Glenbrook Rental Program was established in the mid-1970’s as a division of Glenbrook Realty Inc. with Carole Terry as the broker/owner. In 1997, Kevin Kjer purchased the rental office and continues to operate it to this day. The Glenbrook Rental Program specializes in the rental and property management of homes that their owners have chosen to have listed in the vacation property rental pool. The inventory consists of townhomes, cottage homes and custom homes.
