The Cottage Field and Townhouses are mainly found in two different areas of Glenbrook and are easy to locate due to their charming, Cape Cod style design.
The Cottages are located along Pray Meadow Road (Cottage Field) and are close to the lake. The Cottages are detached, freestanding homes, with generally two-car attached garages, although there are a few garages that are detached and single car too. The Cottages, as well as the Townhomes, share a large non-wooded open space which attracts those who yearn for sunny days. They also share meadow views, lake views or even lakefront.
Along the Short Road and part of Pray Meadow Road are the Townhouses. These homes typically have an adjoining wall and, in many cases, up to two shared walls. They have either attached or detached single car garages.
The Cottage & Townhouses have their own CC&R’s as well as their own HOA which is a mutually exclusive of the standard Glenbrook HOA.
